Last Saturday, Bovey Rural Candidate Lisa Robillard Webb along with many amazing helpers held a street stall in the heart of Bovey Tracey Fore Street. A Spring Festival was taking place with dancers and the Green Man in the Town Centre. The lively and friendly atmosphere drew in many residents into town giving Lisa, Ruth, Janette, Brett, Paul and Elliot a chance to talk to many residents about the County and General Elections. Elliot our youngest CLP member spent almost 3 hours talking to people and handing out leaflets and even convinced one Green Man to put Labour stickers on his boots. Lisa spoke to local business owners and community project campaigners at the festival's street stalls - listening and discussing their hopes and concerns.
